The drug company Johnson & Johnson is recalling bottles of Mylanta. The problem with the antacid is that traces of alcohol were found . Apparently the drug poses no danger to consumers, the company recalled the product to "update the labeling" on the bottles As the drug company pointed out in its released statement "It is unlikely that use of these products will cause either alcohol absorption or alcohol sensitivity related adverse events"

The recall is for 12 million bottles of Mylanta and approximently 85,000 bottles of Atlernage another liquid antacid product . Also included in the statement was that consumers can continue to use the products.
