This film has been created by Healthcare Improvement Scotland in order to involve people affected by hepatitis C in our consultation for new draft clinical indicators for the NHS in Scotland.
Clinical indicators allow us to measure the effectiveness of health services in Scotland. The film aims to raise awareness of the draft indicators, as well as show that effective consultation can have an important impact on improving services.
