More Tylenol Recalled / 8-hour caplets

McNeil Consumer Healthcare has recalled one lot of Tylenol 8-hour caplets, comprising some 128,000 bottles (50 count). The recall, prompted by customer complaints of a musty odor, is the latest in a series that began earlier this year.
Trace amounts of 2,4,6-tribromoanisole (TBA), a chemical linked to wooden pallets used for shipping, is believed to be the cause of the odor.
